Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift associates in daily warehouse operations
- Oversee inventory control, order picking, and shipping processes
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and implement corrective actions
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Conduct shift handovers and daily performance reporting
- Train new hires on equipment operation and protocols
- Resolve operational disruptions with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts as needed
