Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team in warehouse operations
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless handovers
- Train and mentor new team members
- Optimize workflow for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Valid driver's license preferred
