Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members in warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics and transportation schedules
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor team members
- Resolve operational challenges using data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and inventory management expertise
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Spanish bilingual a plus
