Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team with performance management and scheduling
- Optimize warehouse operations through inventory control and workflow optimization
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols during peak hours
- Coordinate cross-functional operations between receiving, shipping, and storage departments
- Implement process improvements using WMS systems and data analytics
- Manage equipment operations including forklifts and conveyor systems
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to production timelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in high-pressure environments
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
