Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Lead and mentor 8-10 warehouse associates during shift operations
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS technology
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for daily handover
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
