Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members daily
- Optimize inventory management systems for 24/7 operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocol enforcement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and dock scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Louisiana driver's license required
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays)
