Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure the sales floor and warehouse areas are clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets.
- Handle cash registers and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- No prior experience or specific education required (High School Diploma/GED preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
