Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members during night shift operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate daily performance reports and metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
