Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize, sort, and stock inventory with 99.9% accuracy standards.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment readiness checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a major plus.
