Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night shift warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements for overnight operations
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions proactively
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience, with at least 1 year in night shift supervision
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Strong communication skills with ability to work across departments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
