Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities during the night shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed on the warehouse floor.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and oversee the accurate picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to ensure seamless operations transition and problem resolution.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping procedures.
- Forklift certification and ability to operate material handling equipment safely.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
