Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person overnight team during peak operational hours
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Optimize inventory flow using WMS systems and barcode scanning
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Resolve equipment malfunctions and escalate maintenance needs
- Prepare daily productivity reports and KPI metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification (sit-down/stand-up)
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse team management
