Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts using RF scanners
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight and optimize dock operations
- Train staff on SOPs and enforce OSHA regulations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in inventory management software (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
