Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion
- Monitor inventory management systems and conduct accurate cycle counts
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain detailed shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
