Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and dock operations during evening hours
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift management for smooth operational transitions
- Resolve logistical challenges and optimize warehouse efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift background
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse technologies
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
- Excellent communication skills across all shift teams
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
