Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during night shift operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks
- Train new hires on equipment/software
- Resolve operational issues in real-time
- Generate daily performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer proficiency
