Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment and protocols
- Resolve operational issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
