Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environment
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Manage inventory accuracy using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate daily performance reports and efficiency metrics
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Ability to work independently and make quick operational decisions
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
