Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipment to customers
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and conduct regular inventory counts
- Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Strong teamwork ethic and reliable attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
