Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-certified precision
- Maintain detailed electronic records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Conduct safety audits and maintain 5S compliance standards
- Package and label customer orders with zero-defect tolerance
- Assist in monthly inventory reconciliations and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry proficiency
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
