Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance reviews and training
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and process improvements
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational transitions
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forklift operator certifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced overnight environment
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations for hazardous materials
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
