Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment and safety compliance
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Coordinate inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce errors
- Collaborate with day shift managers for seamless transition and communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with 1 year in leadership/supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
