Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone/digital channels
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and facility presentation
- Assist with local recommendations and concierge services
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation software and POS systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for errands)
- Basic knowledge of San Diego attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
