Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing the backroom as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
