Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a welcoming demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Assist in keeping the retail floor organized and stocked with inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
