Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain organized, visually appealing store displays and stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and store presentation
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Reliable transportation to our Michigan Avenue location
- Positive attitude with problem-solving aptitude
- Must be available for 15-25 hours per week
