Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Process transactions accurately and maintain clean, organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Drive sales through upselling and promotional awareness
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions securely
- Report maintenance issues and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
