Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
