Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly local sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization to ensure product availability.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional activities to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland location.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
