Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS software is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
