Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor to ensure a positive first impression.

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales targets and inventory goals.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints with patience and empathy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
