- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist with inventory management and store organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems.
- Must be a reliable, self-starter with a positive attitude.
