Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate standard office and retail equipment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
