Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the sales floor is well-presented and organized.
- Handle cash transactions with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
