- Process cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to store policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
