Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inquiries: Answer questions regarding products, services, and company policies with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash or digital payments.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for both customers and staff.
- Support: Assist in restocking inventory and keeping shelves neatly arranged.
- Feedback: Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to the management team to help improve service.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for walk-in applicants.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
