Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating problems and recommending effective solutions.
- Update customer account information and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure proper resolution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer access are required for remote or hybrid options.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
