Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure proper follow-up.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
