Apex Retail Solutions is currently hiring enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives. We are hosting walk-in interviews every Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our downtown location. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering general inquiries about store policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Uphold company standards for visual merchandising and brand representation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
