Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities through needs-based product recommendations
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance service expertise
- Support weekend and evening shifts (3-4 days/week schedule)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
