Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Keep the customer service area organized and clean at all times.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and service improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
