Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on rapid response times.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related issues to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on common customer pain points.
- Process returns, exchanges, and account adjustments in accordance with company policy.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure the successful resolution of customer issues.
- Adhere to all quality assurance standards and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based platforms.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office setting.
- Must be available to work a consistent part-time schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus.
