Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process orders, returns, and service requests efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
