- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards during every shift.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available for part-time hours (20-30 hours per week).
- Problem-solving mindset with a patient and empathetic attitude.
