Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues or account concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services or suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
