Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site event logistics including setup, vendor management, and breakdown
- Act as primary client contact during events, ensuring seamless communication
- Manage event timelines and troubleshoot unexpected issues in real-time
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to execute flawless experiences
- Conduct post-event evaluations and compile client feedback reports
- Maintain detailed event documentation and inventory management
Qualifications
- 1+ years of event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of New Orleans venues and vendors a plus
