Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests in dining and event spaces
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate seating arrangements
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for private functions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Nevada work authorization required
