Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to internal staff.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer workstations and peripherals.
- Manage IT inventory and assist with asset tagging and auditing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized server room and common work areas.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10/11, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to a flexible part-time schedule.
