Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize existing systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and security standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making processes within the engineering team.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve technical defects efficiently to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with React, Node.js, or Angular.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
