- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and user requests in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace and inventory.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement security best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings.
